What to expect and Cost

On arrival at my Clinic you will be greeted and warmly welcomed in. Your 1 hour treatment wiill depend on your injury and specific needs.

You will receive a full consultation, treatment and/or massage specific to your needs. Treatment can include deep tissue massage, Infrared heat treatment, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) and PNF.

Following your treatment you will receive follow-up rehabilitation aftercare consisting of advice and

a program of stretching exercises .

Treatment costs £45 for an hour's appointment
