How should I prepare for my first treatment?

For Massage Treatments, there is no preparation required by you. Simply contact us and provide us with as much information about your symptoms or injuries. Leave the rest to us.

Please note that although the Clinic is situated at ground floor level, there is a few steps up in order to gain access to the clinic room. If you have mobility problems, please contact us in advance and we can arrange extra assistance for you.

We do have a covered reception area but no waiting room as such. Can we ask that you make you way into the covered reception area as close to your appointment time as possible. DO NOT approach, open or try to access the glass entrance door to the treatment room. We will come out and meet you in the reception area and escort you into the treatment room.

We understand that life can throw us all a curve ball at time, if you have to cancel your appointment can we please ask that you give us as much notice as possible, to allow us an opportunity to fill the appointment. We usually have several people on a waiting list , who would be very keen to take the appointment.
